About TL's position
Let's talk a little bit about who TL is and what he does.

The most important thing you should know is that TL is the heart of the Local Committee, because it is in this position that all work with people is based, being a bridge between the EB team and the members.

The most important thing this position teaches is working with people and managing a team.

Because it depends on TL's actions how effectively people will perform their tasks.
And most importantly, TL is able to change what others think is impossible, it's difficult, but nothing is impossible!
TL responsibility:
  • Creating a team work strategy
  • Tracking all process in your project
  • Development of each person in the team
  • Participation in the development of a department or product
  • Fulfillment of MX standards
  • Participation in the Recruitment team or CC-team of the AIESEC IS conference
  • Attending all LC meetings
  • Work ~20 hours a week

Term duration: 1 FEB - 30 JULY

    — Questionnaire and endorsement letters should be issued in PDF format
    — Name each file in the format "NAME_SURNAME_FILE_NAME"
    — Documents questionnaire and endorsement letters be filled out in English

    1. Rate from 1 to 10 how you lived each value of AIESEC, justify your answer.
    2. Imagine that you would now take the place of your leader. What would you change or do first? Why?
    3. Imagine that you became not TL, but LCP - which 3 projects would you start implementing first?
  • GENERAL TASKS
    1. What is the LDM model? How will you develop leadership in your members?
    2. How to ensure 100% achievement of goals by your members? Name 7 tactics.
    3. Why does someone leave the organization, and someone applies for leadership positions? Name 7 tactics for achieving 100% RR
    4. Take expertise from 3 TL and write down key insights in the following areas: achieving goals, providing MX standards, developing leadership in members

Functional questions

OUTGOING GLOBAL TALENT
  1. Imagine, that in a week you had 1 oGTa SU. Write 5 questions for MoGT synergy. And write 5 next steps after that synergy for GT. Imagine, that after a week you implemented everything but situation remaind the same. What would you do?
  2. Imagine that your SU-APL CR got down from 25% to 10%. Name 5 thing you will check in analytics. Name 10 main reasons for that CR. To every reason write 2 tactics to improve CR.
  3. Write 5 tactics for every CR begining with LEAD-SU to FIN-CO, that will convert intern to the next stage.
